PRIZES

 Prizes will be awarded as follows:

  • First, second & third men and women in  Sprint and Standard event
  • First man and woman in each age category in both events, namely: 16 - 29; 30 - 34; 35 - 39; 40 -44; 45 -49; 50 - 54; 55 - 59; 60 plus.
  • Team trophies (3 to count) for both men and women in the Standard event
  • Prizegiving will take place circa 30 mins after the last competitor in each event has finished.
  • Standard event team relay trophies will be awarded to the following - first team overall; first running club; first cycling club; first swimming club; first non-sporting team; first ladies team  
  • Individual trophy for  the competitor who has travelled the furthest distance to take part!
